Products
GIA Clecim Press manufactures complete extrusion plants from billet handling up to handling of extruded product. Due to the process similarities, this equipment is also used for extrusion of precious metals.

Billet feeding
GIA Clecim Press billet feeding systems are reliable and achieve optimum energy consumption parameters. GIA Clecim Press is able to engineer the right system for each need, whichever the method of billet feeding.
* Handling of billets
* Highly efficient gas heaters
* Efficient billet handling up to the extrusion press

Press
The most common copper alloy is brass (copper and zinc). Brass is extruded with indirect presses. On the other hand copper extrusion is carried with direct presses due to the wide range of products. Most common copper extrusions are hollow bars or tubes, which re made in presses with piercer.
GIA Clecim Press aluminium extrusion presses are featured by their great reliability and stiffness.
* Reliable billet loading
* Direct extrusion presses
* Indirect extrusion presses
* Presses with piercer for extrusion of seamless hollows
* Die holder recycling
* Revamping and conversion works of extrusion presses
* Extrusion tooling

Handling system
Brass is extruded into straight bars on cooling beds or into wire on coilers. Regarding copper extrusion, the main feature is that extrusion is carried out under water to avoid oxidation.
GIA Clecim Press handling systems are extremely flexible to allow production of all kind of extrusions.
* Cooling and quench systems, at press exit or at the lead-out table
* Run-out systems, cooling beds and handling of straight extrusions
* Coilers and basket handling systems
