Coating consists of covering the surface of aluminium with electrostatic powder. Most used powder paints are polyester type since they high light and corrosion resistance.

Aluminium profiles undertake several processes within a vertical coating line, all of them have been engineered and developed by GIA.

Our standard coating lines have two painting cabins and two chains in order to facilitate a quick colour switch.
