The function of the infrared furnace is fixing the coating powder to the surface of profiles by means of heat radiation from catalytic panels. When increasing the temperature of profiles, coating powder melts and become sticky. This way, powder will not fall down from profiles when they are inside the curing oven, where there is a constant air flow. Therefore there will not be contamination of different colour powders between the production batches.
