This zone includes loading and unloading stations as well as both areas of aluminium profiles buffer.

Aluminium profiles hang from the frames located in both stations. These stations are designed to facilitate the operation of loading and unloading of profiles since they might be at variable heights.

A robot with bridge crane located in this zone takes the frames from the loading station and carries them to the untreated material buffer or to the transfer carriage, which transfers the material to the starting point of the tank line.

When the anodizing process is over, treated material is placed by the third robot in the transfer carriage at the end of the tank line in order to carry the frames with the treated profiles to the treated material buffer or directly to the unloading station
